Hello! I’m Maddox Scarpella-Coet. I am a Junior Political Science student and im the web designer for Fuck The Feed! My mission here is to inform all of us that our feed is biased and start conversations so we can fix the political climate.

Hi! My name is Alex Griffin. I am a Political Science major at CU Boulder. I am a data science minor, so Fuck the Feed is a passion project for me. I think that combining digital advocacy with the study of political impacts can truly change how college students view their media.

Visual designer & instagram manager

Hi, I’m Lucy Farrington. I’m a junior at CU in Media Studies and Creative Technology/Design. I am a big social media user, both personally and in my studies. Since studying media, I have learned about both the incredible capabilities of digital media, but also the immense harm it can cause when users aren’t properly equipped to think critically about their usage. I wanted to create visually appealing content for Fuck the Feed to educate members of the CU community about consuming media in a positive way.

Infographic manager

Hi! My name is Alex Bugner and I’m a senior majoring in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences! For Fuck the Feed, I’ve helped to create infographics and distribute our information. I believe Fuck the Feed is such an important campaign to encourage CU students to think more concretely about the media they’re digesting online. I’m so happy I got to partake in this campaign!

Event Manager

I’m a Political Science major and the Event Manager for the “Fuck the Feed” campaign, a movement dedicated to challenging algorithmic influence, promoting media transparency, and rebuilding authentic civic engagement. My academic focus on political behavior, public opinion, and digital democracy shapes the way I design and execute events for the campaign.

Hi, my name is Liam Ross. I am a senior majoring in Political Science. My role in the Fuck The Feed campaign was designing and distributing our Survery also helping distribute the posters and stickers for our campaign. Fuck The Feed to me is a campaign based around a highly important topic of political polarization due to lack of media literacy and recent events happening in the political sphere.
